Barb White, Principal/Founder


Barb’s one-on-one coaching with leaders over the last twenty years includes sharpening leadership and management capacities as well as supporting leaders during change initiatives, reorganizations, or a transition into an expanded role. Her clients are often aiming to increase their agility as strategic thinkers and communicators, leverage their ability to build strong teams, and cultivate work environments that bring out the best in people.

As an organizational consultant, Barb helps management teams engage in critical dialogue, build alignment around shared goals, and plan successful change initiatives. Her clients span a variety of industries including technology, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, government and non-profits.

She has served as President of the New Mexico Chapter of the International Coach Federation and as an adjunct faculty member at Anderson School of Management at The University of New Mexico. Prior to forming her business in 2000 she held corporate roles in information technology and advertising.

Barb holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation and completed a comprehensive coach training program through Coach University. She has trained in leadership and organizational development through a variety of institutions including the NTL Institute in Washington, D.C. and the Center For Creative Leadership.
